About this Webinar

When we suffer, we need to care for ourselves as we would care for someone we truly love. Self-compassion includes: self-kindness, a sense of common humanity, and mindfulness.

(Dr. Kristin Neff, Co-Founder, Center for Mindful Self-Compassion)

This one-hour webinar took place on January 27, 2021 and offered an introduction to being mindful and self-compassionate in daily life.

Participants interested to learn more and dig deeper have the opportunity to enroll in further live sessions.

The next session is on March 31 (including a live follow-up engagement on April 14). You can find more information here.
